The strikers and their families made a real sacrifice in walking the picket line for over 70 days, and the deal they reached and ratified is a massive improvement over their previous working conditions.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThis is the power of a union, and this is what happens when workers stand together and fight for better working conditions and benefits.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cI\u2019d also like to thank Wabtec for continuing to negotiate in good faith and reaching a deal with the union. Now let\u2019s get these men and women back to where they wanted to be all along \u2013 back at work.\u201d<\/p>\n","protected":false}}
