Fetterman announced his first slate of cosponsorships, which include the\u00a0<em>Better Care Better Jobs Act<\/em>, the\u00a0<em>Assault Weapons Ban<\/em>, the\u00a0<em>Federal Adjustment of Income Rates (FAIR) Act<\/em>, and the\u00a0<em>Washington, D.C. Admission Act<\/em>. These bills focus on issues that Sen. Fetterman campaigned on, including expanded access to healthcare, commonsense gun reform, better wages, and DC statehood.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fetterman also was assigned to the powerful U.S. Senate Committees on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry; Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs; and Environment &amp; Public Works.
