The bill passed on Monday and now heads to the president\u2019s desk.\u00a0<strong>Pennsylvania\u2019s U.S. Senators John Fetterman (D-PA) and Dave McCormick (R-PA) released the following joint statement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>\u201cWhole milk IS BACK in America\u2019s schools.<\/strong><\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\"><strong>\u201cThis is a commonsense bill that benefits everyone.
